Under Act No. 33 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, a committee is established to prevent atrocities against SC/ST students in accordance with AICTE recommendations. Students can approach the committee for remedy if they have any complaints in this regard. In accordance with the terms of the aforementioned act, the committee will recommend actions to avoid any atrocities that may be committed against any of the SC/ST students enrolled in the institution and to guarantee their sense of security.
