Akshaya College of Engineering and Technology Research Committee is to manage the institute's research projects and activities. Principal, Heads of Departments, and Department Research Coordinators are members of the committee.
Objectives of the Research Committee:
- To create a research environment for facilitating research activities in the college.
- To establish a research centre in each department.
- To motivate the faculties to pursue their research work in their respective fields and earn doctorate degrees.
- To encourage the teachers to take up major and minor research projects.
- To motivate staff members for collaborative research with industries, recognized laboratories, and reputed institutions.
- To motivate the faculties to publish their research papers in reputed journals.
- To assist faculty and students in filing patent applications.
- To encourage students and faculty members to participate in national and international seminars, workshops, and conferences.
